Terms of Service

Service Description

Klnzr is a platform that connects customers with independent cleaning service providers (suppliers). We facilitate bookings for services including laundry, carpet cleaning, home car wash, pest control, shoe cleaning, AC cleaning, pet grooming, and gardening. Klnzr does not itself perform any cleaning service.

Independent Service Providers

Suppliers on Klnzr are independent businesses, not employees or agents of I BUILD. They may register interest through the app, but a supplier is only activated after Klnzr and the supplier have signed a separate written service agreement on paper. Nothing in the app replaces or constitutes that contract.

Klnzr facilitates bookings and payments but does not perform cleaning services. Service quality, timing, and fulfilment are the supplier's responsibility. We may help resolve disputes but do not guarantee supplier performance.

User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

User Obligations

You agree to use Klnzr only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. Customers agree to be present at the scheduled time and location. Suppliers agree to perform services as described and accepted.

Payments & Refunds

Prices are set by suppliers and displayed before booking confirmation. Payment is processed through Paymob, our third-party payment provider. By completing a booking you authorise the applicable charge.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Card refunds are reviewed and processed manually by our team; they are not issued automatically at cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Klnzr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the quality of services performed by independent suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klnzr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Klnzr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
